Ms. Vaidehi Painter (Dept. of EECE) has published her research titled “A New Method to Estimate Surface Donor Density (NTD) in AlGaN/GaN HEMT by Validated DCT Simulations” in Physica Status Solidi (RRL) – Rapid Research Letters.
This study proposes a novel technique to precisely estimate surface donor density, contributing significantly to advancements in GaN HEMT technology.
The research was conducted in collaboration with Prof. Jean-Christophe Nallatamby and Dr. Raphael Sommet from XLIM Laboratory, France, under the CNRS-supported International Research Project (IRP) “MEGATRON” — strengthening Indo-French research ties.
